visit or make a purchase from the Doma Stock website (the “Site.”) This Policy only
applies to this Site and not to any other websites, including any website for which a link
is provided on this Site. Doma Stock is not liable or responsible for the policies,
practices and/or procedures of the owners or operators of any other websites. Users of
this Site are advised and cautioned to review and determine the privacy policies, terms

Information related to purchases: Doma Stock collects information needed to process
and fulfill orders or proposed orders from the Site. This includes Buyer name, contact
information, billing address, shipping address, payment details (including credit, debit or
charge card numbers and required data to process payment, or other information
needed by the applicable payment processor selected by Buyer,) email address, and
phone number. Doma Stock uses the order information to review, analyze, process and
fulfill orders placed through the Site. This includes processing Buyer payment
information, arranging for shipping, issuing invoices and/or order confirmations,
coordinating with manufacturers and Doma Stock suppliers and providing information
to them with respect to the orders, communicating with Buyers and potential Buyers, following up on orders, and obtaining feedback relating to the orders and transaction(s).
Shopify’s use of Information transmitted to websites: Shopify is used to power this Site
and the Doma Stock on-line store. Doma Stock is considered a merchant of Shopify in
that regard. Shopify’s software is used to provide access to the Site by Users, to process
Doma Stock transactions and to provide information for Doma Stock to make all
applicable filings required by law. According to Shopify’s Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy, Shopify collects and uses the information and data obtained from sites powered

which Doma Stock holds about the User and to ask that the personal information be

residents are advised that information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to

Minors: Purchases from the Site should only be made by individuals who are over the
age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction.
Choice of Law of Use of Arbitration to resolve disputes: This Privacy Policy and all
matters collateral hereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its (or any other State’s) conflict of
laws principles. All claims, disputes or controversies between any User (or Buyer) and
Doma Stock arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy, use of Doma Stock’s website,
or purchase of any item shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by, and
under the rules of, JAMS. All proceedings shall be held in Newark, New Jersey, unless
such location is not convenient for the arbitrator, in which event the proceedings shall
be held at an acceptable location in Bergen County, New Jersey. The award rendered by
the arbitrator shall be final. User / Buyer and Doma Stock agree to arbitration only on
an individual basis. User / Buyer shall not join or consolidate claims of others against
Doma Stock or participate in any claim against Doma Stock as a class representative or a
class member. User / Buyer agrees that it shall not commence a class action against
Doma Stock.
